Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with My Super Résumé, we assume that you have read the terms and conditions and fully accept them.

Consultation - The consultation fee is included in each package.

Quotation - The quotation cost should be agreed upon before the work is commenced. Quotation can be authorised verbally/email/post/sms.

Initial Deposit - We may ask you to make an initial deposit before the work is commenced.

Time-period - Turnaround time is normally 2 to 3 business working days. A surcharge is required for urgent work or work involving weekends and public holidays.

Resume Preparation - After receiving data from the client, work will commence. A copy of the Résumé is given to the client for review after full payment is received. It is the responsibility of the client to thoroughly check the document and advise us of any amendments to be made, so as to finalise work.

Delivery - No work will be delivered or emailed to clients until payment is received in full. In addition to that, we do not give any refunds.

Revision and Amendments - Minor revision or amendments will be done at no cost for up to 14 days after delivery. Up to 3 minor revisions will be allowed within those 2 weeks.

Confidentiality - We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information obtained will be kept strictly confidential and will not be given to any other party or person.

Job Assurance - Our aim is to provide the best possible Résumé/Selection Criteria Package based on the information provided by the client. However, it does not guarantee employment success or job placement as it is directly related to the efforts, commitment and persistence of the applicant.

Uniform Formatting - My Super Résumé is a Professional Résumé Service not a software business. Due to the varying nature of word processing software from computer to computer, we cannot guarantee uniform formatting across different computers.

Payment - Payment is accepted in Cash or Money Order or Bank Transfer or Bank Cheque or Online Credit Card Payment (PayPal). In case of Personal Cheque or Bank Transfer, no work will be delivered until the payment is cleared.

Accuracy of Information - We prepare the Résumé, Cover Letter and Selection Criteria based on the information provided by the client. We do not ascertain the accuracy of the information. Hence, we cannot be held liable for any damages caused by any inaccurate information in the documents prepared by My Super Résumé.

Warranties and Liabilities - After completion and receipt by customer of any documentation prepared by My Super Résumé, customers become fully responsible for all the content of the documentation (amendments to documents can be done at no cost for up to 14 days after receipt of documents). While all care is taken, no responsibility will be accepted by My Super Résumé for any information in customer's completed documentation which is omitted and/or incorrect.

Refusal of Service - My Super Résumé reserves the right to refuse service if we believe our service is unsuitable for the client.

We reserve the right to make amendments to our policies without any notice.
