Check Your Documents

It is the responsibility of the customer to consider the following matters after receiving their documents either in person, post, fax or email:

  • Customers are to check that there are no errors (typing errors or any other errors) and/or omissions in their documents prepared by My Super Résumé.
     
  • Customers are satisfied with the wording and presentation of the documents prepared by My Super Résumé.

After checking, My Super Résumé will not be responsible for any errors or omissions still left in documents, unless we are notified. However, we are more than happy to make amendments to customer’s documents free of charge for up to 14 days after delivery date (Maximum 3 Minor Revisions).

At the end of 14 days after customers have received their documents, no responsibility will be accepted by My Super Résumé whatsoever for any errors/omissions/incorrect statements of fact. Therefore, it is in the best interest of customers to check everything thoroughly and let us know of any errors, omissions or changes in the documents as soon as possible.

Our Professional Résumé Service does not include instructions on how a client can use Microsoft Word or PDF Software. If your document formatting (appearance) looks different on your computer as compared to ours, we cannot be held accountable for any differences.

Moreover, if formatting is changed on client’s computer when additional information is added by client, we will not be responsible for any formatting difficulties.

We will do our best to prepare professional documents for you to succeed in your job searching but we cannot guarantee job success.
